A.  Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the event you are booked on are eligible for a full refund, please email ebayuniversity@confpeople.co.uk . Name changes are welcome – please email ebayuniversity@confpeople.co.uk – please ensure you state the date you are booked on.  No refunds will be given after an event for non attendance.

Q.  Who are The Conference People?

A.  The Conference People are eBay.co.uk’s chosen event partner and operate the registration process, logistics and run the event on the day.  Payment for eBay University is made to The Conference People.  Please note that The Conference People cannot enter into correspondence on Customer Service issues.

Q.  What if I wish to bring someone with me?
 
A.   Each person is required to register in their own name and pay the £49 registration fee – guests are not allowed free of charge (please do not register your name twice to book two places).
 
Q.  Is there a minimum age to attend eBay University?
 
A.  The minimum age to attend is 16 years.

Q.  What do I get for £49?

A.  Included in your admission is the right to attend any of the classes in the schedule.  Upon arrival you will also receive a delegate pack, which will include an electronic copy of presentations delivered on the day, circumstances permitting.  Please note that catering or parking are not included in your entrance fee.

Q. Can I purchase eBay University merchandise on the day?
 
A. Yes, limited edition eBay University merchandise will be for sale on the day. Payment will only be accepted by cash or cheque.

Q. Will I be able to buy refreshments at eBay University?
 
A. Yes, all of the venues will provide kiosks selling a selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks. Vegetarian and vegan options will also be available.
